Hey, it’s great to see you here!! Well, I guess you want to know a bit more about me, huh?

Personally, I am a very proud mom of four - although three of them are out on their own. The love of my life & I recently welcomed our second grandson into the world. My biggest family-related problem right now is coming up with my “Grandma” title!

Professionally, I am heading into my seventh year of teaching high school in Florida. Over the years I taught Intensive Reading to grades 9-12. Additionally I taught ELA to freshmen and sophmores - from the bottom quartile of each class, to honors and college-level courses. In all my spare time <insert sarcasm here> I coach my school’s debate team, and serve as a teacher mentor and trainer.

It dawned on me recently that there are nights I never go to bed - mainly due to researching new teaching ideas and resources. I find one idea, which leads me to another source, which then leads me to five more. I’ve discovered I get lost Down the Resource Rabbit Hole on occasion! My goal now is to provide other educators with a wide variety of resources for all things teaching - to help prevent you from suffering the same long nights that I have. I hope you find a few things here to ease your weary mind.
